Provide
- level functional support to external Customers efficiently resolving Axiom
SL product issues via Case Management System or Zoom, including replication and analysis of issues in mirrored Axiom
SL support environment.
What will you be doing?
- Takes ownership and resolves client issues related to Axiom
SL architecture, operating system, network, JVM, and Databases and/or other Axiom
SL infrastructure components within the Nasdaq Cloud Platform and environment. - Complies with performance metrics, handling cases in a timely manner and communicating with the client in a professional and polite manner.
- Replicates and documents issues, provides configuration suggestions to Customers, and provides Engineering teams with comprehensive information.
- Analyses application log files and suggests solutions for Nasdaq Axiom
SL platform related problems. - Complies with ISO-9001 for resolution of Incidents and Service Requests following SLAs.
- Works closely with Product Management team, Engineering team, and other Support teams (Solutions Support and Reg
Cloud Support) by following up on issues and their resolution. - Contributes to Knowledge Database with articles documenting issues, workarounds, best practices, and
- to. - Constantly improves personal knowledge of Axiom
SL products by passing the required certifications.
Who are we looking for?
- Several years of experience in Technical Support, System Administration, QA, or Software Development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle/Postgre
SQL/Microsoft SQL Server/My
SQL or any other DBMS: ability to create, analyze, and modify SQL queries; Linux and Windows Server OS troubleshooting; Web Applications troubleshooting. - Ability to work with minimal supervision, be a fast learner,
- motivated, great teammate and collaborator with strong
- solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team in a dynamic environment and to deadlines.
- Highly organized and methodical approach.
- Self-motivated attitude.

- focused. - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to have / Opportunity to learn:
- Bash/Power
Shell/vbs/. bat: ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot scripts. - Basic knowledge of Java/Python and/or any other OOP programming languages.
- Configuring and troubleshooting of Java-based applications.
- Configuring and troubleshooting of Web Servers/Proxy Servers/Load Balancers (Apache Tomcat, IBM Web
Sphere, Nginx, F5, etc. ). - Understanding of TLS/SSL protocol, experience with generating certificates.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Database/DBMS; analyzing and improving SQL queries performance.
- LDAP & SAML/SSO configuring and troubleshooting.
- Experience with AWS and/or other Cloud Providers.
- Experience with XML/JSON processing.
- Experience with REST API.
- Experience with using and troubleshooting CRM/ERP-like or any Business reporting applications systems.
- Understanding the regulatory reporting concept, aspects and process, knowledge of regulatory requirements to banks and financial institutions, its standards, preferably including experience in Capital and Liquidity reporting (for instance, COREP) and Shareholder regulatory disclosure.
- Previous finance industry experience, familiarity with main Financial Statements; understanding of key financial products and their main characteristics (i. e. equity products, preference shares, derivatives, convertibles, bonds, etc. ).
- Preferably experience with Fin
Tech/Cloud services.

What happens now?
This is a
- time permanent position located in Lisbon. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week
- site and remotely (Hybrid model). As the selection and interview process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible. A valid work permit for the EU is required.
