Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
What You'll Need:
- Native-level Dutch (or C1)
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Customer-centric approach and proactive
- solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
- Customer support experience a plus, but not required
