Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service across various projects. You'll ensure customer needs are met professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.
2. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems as needed.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
5. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Need

• Native-level Dutch (or C1)
• Fluent English (B2+)
• Customer-centric approach and proactive
  - solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
• Customer support experience a plus, but not required
