Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English.

Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems as needed.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

What You'll Need:

Native-level Dutch (or C1)

Fluent English (B2+)

Customer-centric approach and proactive

Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
