Customer Support And Sales Specialist (M/F/X)
As a Customer Support and Sales Specialist for our client in the USA, you will serve as the key point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions.
Your primary focus will be to drive revenue by identifying customer needs, upselling, and recommending the most suitable telecommunications products, including mobile plans, internet, and broadband services.
This is an
- based position, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team in a
- paced environment. As you support U. S. customers, fluency in English and sales experience are essential for success in this role.

identify opportunities to upsell or
- sell additional services, such as data plans, device upgrades, or bundled packages (e. g. , mobile + broadband);
explain the benefits of premium services or special promotions to encourage customer enrollment;
proactively reach out to existing customers with personalized offers based on their service history and usage pattern;
assist new customers with onboarding, helping them choose the best plans for their needs and guiding them through account setup
consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets;
competências
native or
- native command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally (mandatory);
a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector;
strong knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling,
- selling, and closing deals;
ability to manage customer interactions efficiently, resolving issues while identifying opportunities for additional sales;

as this position serves the U. S. A customers, we operate in a 24/7 environment to provide seamless support and sales coverage across various time zones. Candidates must be flexible and available to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays;
performance-based incentives, including bonuses or commissions, depending on meeting or exceeding sales targets
Location: office based in the city center of Lisbon, with a good network of public transport nearby (bus, metro & train)
