You´ll join a dynamic team to help English customers with all their tourism related inquiries, like reservations and purchases of products.

With your communication skills and love for the tourism market, you'll ensure our clients have their best vacation experience ever!

responsabilidades chave

We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, to provide support for the English market.

You'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible travel experience, helping them with reservations and products.

You´ll be the link between the company and the customers, so your empathy and great communication skills will be the difference to carve a great relationship with our clients.

competências

English native or fluent speaker (mandatory, level C1 minimum);

Available to work
- time;

Passion for working with tourism;

Excellent customer care skills;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manners;

principais benefícios

What we have to offer:

- a salary package of €1032 (salary + meal allowance) * 14 months

- full time (8h daily/40 hours per week)

- rotational shifts from monday to sunday, from 8h to 19h.

- great office facilities, in a modern building in the city center of Porto (Francos subway station)
