Our client's operating system enables business owners to sell anywhere, work efficiently, manage inventory, communicate with customers, book appointments, process online orders, and much more.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional B2B customer support, assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Your main tasks will include:
Assisting customers through Phone, Email, and/or Chat.
Identifying account holders and verifying account information.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and procedures.
Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support excellence.
Providing fast and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

What We're Looking For:
Fluency in Spanish & English (C1 level), spoken and written.
High School diploma (mandatory).
Stable job history (no frequent job hopping – mandatory).
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience with strong customer orientation (mandatory).
Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a
- paced environment and multitask effectively.
High attention to detail and
- solving skills.
Experience with automated customer service platforms (a plus).
Professional, friendly, and
- oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to rotational shifts.

What We Offer:
Base salary: €870/month
Complexity bonus: €50/month
Meal Allowance: €7. 23/day
Transport allowance: €50/month
Health Insurance
Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Location: Lisbon (Oriente) – On-site position
