Our client's operating system enables business owners to sell anywhere, work efficiently, manage inventory, communicate with customers, book appointments, process online orders, and much more.

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the frontline hero, delivering exceptional B2B customer support. You'll assist business clients, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Your main tasks will include:

Provide
- notch customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Accurately identify account holders and verify account information.

Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines and procedures.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and support excellence.

Deliver fast and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish & English (C1 level, spoken and written) - Essential.

High School diploma (mandatory).

Stable job history (no frequent job hopping – mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience with a strong
- centric approach (mandatory).

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a
- paced, multitasking environment.

High attention to detail and strong

What We Offer:

Base salary: €870/month

Complexity bonus: €50/month

Meal Allowance: €7. 23/day

Transport allowance: €50/month

Health Insurance

Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts

Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Location: Lisbon (Oriente) – On-site position
