Handle incoming phone calls.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable, trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
Follow communication procedures and guidelines set by the client.
Go the extra mile to engage customers.

What We're Looking For:
Fluency in German (minimum level C1).
English proficiency (minimum level B2).
Excellent communication skills.
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
