Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance products.

Assist clients with policy details, coverage inquiries, and policy cancellations.

Support insurance brokers by directing their inquiries to the appropriate channels.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

competências

Skills & Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) – Native or
- native proficiency.

English (B2 level) – Intermediate knowledge for internal communication.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, professional, and
- oriented approach.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

What do we have for you?

Contract: 6-month renewable contract with the possibility of extension.

Base salary: €1, 100/month

Complexity bonus: €100/month

Performance bonus: €100/month

Meal allowance: €7. 23/day

Transport allowance: €20/month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (rotating shifts)

Days off: Weekends

Location: Lisbon
