Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Accurately identify and verify account information.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and support excellence.
• Provide swift and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in Catalan and professional fluency in English (C1 level, spoken and written).
• High School diploma (mandatory).
• Stable and consistent work history (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with a strong
  - centric focus (mandatory).
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced, multitasking environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and
  - solving abilities.
• Availability to work various shifts, including rotational shifts
  - site (100%).

What We Offer:

• Competitive Base Salary.
• Complexity Bonus: €50/month.
• Meal Allowance: €7. 23/day.
• Transport Allowance: €50/month.
• Health Insurance.
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Days Off: 2 rotational days per week.
• Location: Lisbon (Oriente) – On-site position.
