We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Lisbon-based German-speaking Customer Representative to join their teams in Porto.
Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Model: On-site, hybrid remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
Duties And Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone, encompassing topics such as products (sports, casino, poker) and cashier operations.
- Problem-Solving: Evaluate customer issues and implement solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teams in various locations to accomplish shared objectives.
- Reporting: Detect and communicate system anomalies and issues encountered by customers to the appropriate department.
- Service Excellence: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and uphold a dedication to
- quality service delivery.
- Language Skills: Proficient in German (C1 level) and possess
- level English. - Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Calm Under Pressure: Capable of staying calm and composed under pressure, adeptly managing a broad spectrum of customer inquiries.
- Adaptability: Able to excel in a
- paced, multicultural, and dynamic setting. - Personality: Should have a flexible, creative, and motivated disposition, suited for a
- tasking environment. - Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office and the Internet.
- Interest: An enthusiasm for sports, casino, and poker products is advantageous; however, relevant training will be provided.
- Schedule: Shift rotation from Mon-FR between 8AM and 6PM.
