What is expected in this role:
- Manage customer claims and returns for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Provide technical support to evaluate warranties and process exchanges.
- Assist in fulfilling purchase exchanges for customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring all steps and timelines of claims.
- Tasks are primarily written, so
- developed written communication skills are essential. - Be
- oriented and proactive in
- solving.
What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
