About the role:
We're seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and
- term success. If you're passionate about building strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this role is for you!
Key responsibilities and hard skills:
- Manage and nurture customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges, optimizing their journey.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) to enhance customer success. - Implement efficient processes to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success or customer support.
- Fluency in Portuguese + English or Portuguese + Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus.

- Demonstrated natural leadership qualities.
