Role Overview
As a Customer Delight Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that SMB clients have a seamless experience with our products and services. You will be the key point of contact for clients across multiple channels - phone, email, and chat - helping them grow their businesses. You will also have the opportunity to shape the future of the products by providing valuable feedback to our engineering department based on customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide
- notch support to SMB clients, ensuring their satisfaction through phone, email, and chat. - Business Growth Assistance: Help clients navigate and grow their businesses using our online advertising solutions, providing pre- and
- sales support. - Product Support: Offer expert guidance on self-service advertising products and tools, enhancing the customer experience.
- Trend Identification: Analyze customer feedback and trends, identifying common issues to help multiple SMB clients.
- Customer Insights: Collect and relay vital product feedback from customers to our engineering team, contributing to product development and improvement.
Training Program
- Duration: 15 working days (8 hours/day)
- Compensation: 640 for 16 days of training (paid)
Schedule & Location
- Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours per day with 1-hour lunch break, 5 days per week (rotational shifts between 7:00 am and 12:00 am)
- Days Off: 2 days off per week, scheduled 4 weeks in advance by the shift manager.
- Location: Lisbon, City Center (company-provided accommodation within 20-60 minutes from the office).
Relocation Assistance
- Airport Pick-Up: Assistance with your arrival and registration in Portugal.
- Accommodation: Company-provided fully furnished apartments for the first 14 months.
- Relocation Support: Reimbursement of your initial flight and a yearly
- trip flight back to your home country.
Additional Information
- Trial Period: 1-month trial period applies.
- Contract: Temporary contract with potential for renewal and permanent placement.
