Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more!

Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?

Your mission will be…

• Receive and process customer requests, ensuring accurate recording of relevant details, such as addresses, contact information, and special instructions.
• Support on cash collection.
• Support on Saa
  S product releases.
• EDS reporting & billing.
• Discount Voucher creations, update information, and change prices.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Create and analyze several reports linked to invoicing, status, and overdue.
• Generate reports and improve dispatching processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to dispatch operations.

We are looking for someone with…

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash is a plus.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in
  - pressure situations or emergency scenarios.
• Strong
  - solving and
  - making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
