We are looking for a person for the Customer Service Specialist, who will be responsible for receiving calls, replying to emails, and chat inquiries from customers in EMEA, US, and Canada.
The integration will be in a team already formed and in operation for both markets.

What you’ll do:
- Provide
- sale and
- sale support and service support for customers. - Management of email communication with customers and subsidiaries and country mailbox management.
- Management of telephone communication to support customer needs and requests.
- Online store support.
- Monitoring and reporting of special cases for the client.
- Preparation of reports for OMDS.
- Preparation of technical reports for specific situations.
- Perform other administrative activities related to the provision of technical and service support for customers.
- Perform other work tasks according to the supervisor's instructions.
- Central projects support.
- After-sales document management.
- Analysis of operational processes.
What you’ll need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; other languages will be a plus (French, German, or Nordic).
- PC skills, user knowledge of office software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc. ).
- Knowledge in SAP will be a plus.
- Knowledge in photography will be a plus.
- Communication skills.
