Position Summary:
The Customer Service representative for the Italian market is responsible for reaching out to users who have requested a specific service (after 48 hours) or
- establishing contact with previous users. The primary goal is to understand users' real needs, verify company details, and provide relevant user contacts to suppliers. This position requires fluency or native proficiency in Italian, excellent communication skills, and a strong
- oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact Users: Reach out to users who have requested a service after a 48-hour period or
- establish contact with previous users.
- Identify Needs: Understand and identify users' actual needs through effective communication.
- Confirm Company Data: Verify and confirm company data provided by users to ensure accurate information.
- Refer Contacts to Suppliers: Provide users' information and relevant contacts to suppliers to ensure efficient service.
Requirements:
- Fluency or native proficiency in Italian.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Organization and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: 950 euros per month + Bonus: Up to an additional 100 euros per month based on goal achievement.
- Meal Allowance: 7. 8 euros per day,
- exempt, paid via card.
- Transportation Bonus: 20 euros per month, paid via card,
- exempt.
