David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with an outsourcing solutions company who is seeking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Remote

Employment type: local EOR Contract

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products, services, and solutions.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Native or fluent in Danish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
2. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
3. Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and overnight shifts.
4. Reliable internet connection and a quiet,
   - free workspace.
5. Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
