As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key part of the Operations Customer Team, supporting the Spanish market. You will handle both customer service and sales tasks while delivering excellent experiences and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via voice and email.
2. Manage claims and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
3. Engage in
   - selling activities to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain high service standards to achieve team and individual goals.

Requirements:

1. Fluent German and good English.
2. Preferably 6+ months of experience in customer service.
3. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage voice and email interactions professionally.
