Job Description:

Location: Remote (Based in Lisbon, Portugal)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotative Shifts (06:00 22:00)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role:

Are you passionate about entertainment and customer service? We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support users of a popular streaming platform. If you love helping people and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
2. Support users with account issues, subscriptions, and streaming inquiries
3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions

What We Offer:

Salary: 1, 000 euros/month (paid over 14 months)

Performance Bonus: 100 euros/month (paid over 12 months)

• Fluent Italian (spoken & written) and good English skills
