Job Description:

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

1. Provide excellent customer service from day one.
2. Assist with client queries and issues regarding the brand you are representing.
3. Manage clients’ portfolios and keep track of all information to ensure a positive experience throughout the customer’s journey.
4. Be the point of contact before and after purchases (payment questions, modifying delivery dates, handling requests and complaints).
5. Conduct outbound calls and provide
   - mail service.
