Customer Service for Luxury Fashion Brand in Lisbon (French Speaker)
Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Luxury Fashion Brand will be:- Customer Service via phone and email
- Providing product information to the customer
- Professional usage consulting for the products
- Follow up with customers
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:- EU Citizenship or valid work permit/ residency card mandatory
- You have a fluent level of French (a good level of English would be a plus)
