Job Description:

Are you feeling comfortable in the world of Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, or other famous brands? One of the most famous luxury fashion brands is waiting for you to join their Customer Service team in Lisbon.

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Luxury Fashion Brand will be:

1. Customer Service via phone and email.
2. Providing product information to the customer.
3. Professional usage consulting for the products.
4. Follow up with customers.

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. You hold a valid residency card for Portugal or EU Citizenship.
2. You have a fluent level of French (a good level of English would be a plus).
3. You are fashion addicted.
4. You are motivated and committed to your work.
5. You have excellent communication and listening skills.
6. You are a team player and willing to work with many other nationalities.

3. Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
4. Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.

   - way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).

(*) Compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes).
