Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries about skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance products.
• Provide support for orders, payment issues, shipping, and other
  - related questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Offer tailored advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring they have the best experience with the brand’s products.
• Represent a globally recognized beauty brand by delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a native French speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Has a passion for beauty, cosmetics, and
  - care (experience or education in the beauty industry is a plus).
• Enjoys connecting with people and is excited to work in a multicultural team.
• Is adaptable, reliable, and motivated to provide the best customer experience.
• Holds EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
