Responsibilities:

• Customer contact via live chat, phone, emails, web forms, or social media.
  
  
• Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints.
  
  
• Providing excellent solutions and service.
  
  
• Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service / Cosmetic experience
  
  
• Great communication skills
