You speak Greek and you have Cosmetics knowledge? We are recruiting Greek speakers for the role of Beauty Advisor in Porto, Portugal!

Your working day:

• Customer contact via live chat, phone, emails, webforms, or social media.
• Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints.
• Providing excellent solutions and service.
• Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

• Fluent in Greek & English (C1 minimum).
• Customer Service / Cosmetic experience.
• Great communication skills.
• Valid Work Permit in Portugal.

You will benefit from:
