WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
- Handle customer data base updates such as customer data, rebates, pricing modifiers (discounts), contracts and
- list maintenance; - Manage new customer creations and modifications with specific focus on credit analysis for larger and complex medical organisations (including clinical networks operating in DACH region);
- Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to external and internal customers;
- Responsible for documenting and maintaining customer creating and amending + data management processes;
- Review and administer price deviations and exceptions accurately;
- Respond to queries from sales and other employees (daily mailbox management)
- Effect and manage promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories;
- Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organisation's pricing strategy;
- Undertake
- hoc pricing analysis and reporting - Support Contract Management for DACH customer database including Key Account Management (high revenue spenders)

Experience/Education
- Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service / Data maintenance role
- Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives
- Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times.
- Previous Shared Services professional environment advantageous
General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile preferred
- Data maintenance experience within CRM system (Sales
Force) - Excellent mandatory written communication in English + German (Native speaker or Business Advanced)
