The Job

Your mission is to support clients' activities by offering
- class service to their customers. You will work on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands.

1. Answer incoming queries from customers
2. Identify issues and provide solutions
3. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
4. Record data in the CRM system
5. Ad-hoc support
6. Be a team player and participate in the success of the team and project

Qualifications

1. You have a native level of French. Good level of English is a big plus.
