Customer Service Agent
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a passionate, energetic team member responsible for driving customer satisfaction, managing accounts, handling customer orders, inquiries and complaints. This role plays an integral part in managing customer accounts, handling orders, inquiries, and complaints. - oriented mindset.
Essential Functions
- Receives and processes incoming customer orders
- Communicates order entry and fulfilment issues with the Sales team as required
- Ensures record accuracy by maintaining data integrity during the order entry process
- Handles order management from entry to delivery and resolve complex customer billing issues, ensuring effective resolution and an improved customer experience
- Collaborates and coordinates
- functionally with Customer Service team members, the Operations Team, the Pricing Team and Accounts Receivable to ensure correct customer and order information - Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback for process improvement and knowledge database updates
- Provides support to other Customer Service team members as needed
- Follows up on internal holds pertaining to credits processed on behalf of customers
- Intimately understands proper complaint handling process procedures and can identify different internal stakeholder responsibilities
- Telephonic support, daily voice activity (inbound)
What We Are Looking for
Education & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives
- English (native or C2 minimum)
General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce
- Excellent mandatory written communication in English
- Excellent
- solving skills and mathematical reasoning - Accurate and timely execution
- Multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a
- paced environment - Analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues
- Adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
- Excel skills advantageous
