What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide support via phone/chat/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving simple queries that impact the performance of the business.
• Guide the customers through the Webshop.
• Transfer queries to the corresponding department.
• Ensure that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained.
• Maintain Master Data Management, Contract Management, and Pricing Master.
• Manage requests through existing channels to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests in different areas of the business (sales, receivables, delivery, etc. ).

What makes you great

• Ability to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints, etc. ).
• Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution orientation, and stress resistance.
• Fluency in Portuguese as a native language; English is a plus.
• High school education (Baccalaureate) is required for this position.
• Proactive, focused on responding quickly to customer needs.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP would be an asset.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, highly goal and
  - oriented, as well as a strong customer focus and dedication to customer service.
• Analytical and negotiation skills.

This role is a
- time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 09:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs.
