What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:

• Cross-Sell or Upsell cruise packages and associated products
• Provide customer support for
  - booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Assist customers with information about various inquiries such as destinations, boats, documentation, prices, etc.

• Have an advanced level of English (B2)
• Possess proven computer skills and are a diligent worker
