What You Will Learn And Contribute To
As a Cloud Program Manager you will be responsible for managing and delivering large projects to international clients spread in Europe.
This role is a great opportunity to deploy cutting edge technologies representing Nokia to
- known European customers while working comfortably in a remote or hybrid model.
Note: You must be located in the country listed to start this new position as it is a contractual legal requirement (even if remote). No relocation budget provided.
(Job Grade: 10 depending on the experience)
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
As part of the team, you will:
- Be accountable for the full program delivery from the moment of contract signature until program closure: setup,
- off, design, implementation, testing and acceptance. - Lead high complex programs (M€ revenue), managing multiple delivery streams with over 10 project team members.
- Assign tasks to the project team and manage project resources and stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.
- Be responsible for the overall project success, namely the external customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational services delivery performance.

- end project planning, risk and opportunity management. - Participate in
- sales and sales process activities. Determine the delivery approach alternatives and manage the selection of the final recommended approach to delivery.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- 5+ years recent relevant experience.
- Experience working for external customers as well as communicating effectively with C-level executives and Operational teams.
- Core knowledge.
- Ability to work on several matters simultaneously.
- Good stress tolerance.
- Leadership skills, ability to motivate the team to work on a common goal without having direct hierarchy.
- Interpersonal communication skills and
- cultural awareness. - Availability to travel in Europe, around 20% of time (to be discussed).
- Experience in managing core network implementation projects for mobile telecommunication.
- Certification in Project Management, esp. PMI/PMP.
