Position Summary:

As a Customer Order Processing specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the right material, the right quantity, at the right time for Aptiv customers and achieving a customer satisfaction level of excellence.

You will work in a team with daily communication between the factory departments and with the assigned customers.

Your Role:

1. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, being responsible for customer order management and delivery schedule
   - up as a Customer Key Contact inside the Production Control & Logistics Department.
2. Participate in customer meetings, understand customer profiles and strategic plans.
3. Ensure customer communication, coordinate and escalate customer issues within the organization.
4. Monitor demand fluctuation vs forecast, data analysis via SIOP.
5. Support
   - functional internal teams (production planning, quality, warehouse, and shipping).
6. Monitor customer service levels: KPI reporting, pursue and analyze customer satisfaction levels and logistic claims.
7. Control and monitor Premium Freights (special shipping costs – outbound).

Your Background:

1. Degree in International Relations, Management, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Production Control & Logistics, or equivalent.
2. 1 – 3 years of experience in Production Control & Logistics.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English; Knowledge in German, French, or Italian is a plus.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Excellent teamwork and
   - solving skills.
6. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
