Job Description:
Grow-Talent.com is searching for a French speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success teams.
Position: Customer Onboarding and Success Manager
Type: Hybrid from Dublin (3/2)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships within your designated territory.
- Manage accounts directly to consistently surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze data to uncover strategic opportunities and implement
- driven strategies to drive sales growth. - Onboard new,
- quality suppliers within your assigned region. - Stay
- versed in technical integrations with software partners to offer effective support to clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales.
- Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing goals and targets.
- Experience with online marketplaces or Saa
S platforms is a plus. - Proven ability to effectively manage a pipeline of leads or a book of business.
- Proficient in CRM software, particularly in managing leads and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive informed
- making. - Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels in
- paced, ambiguous environments. - Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance
- term goals with
- term initiatives.
