Mission of the Role: Senior Level Operations Customer Contact & Support Critical & High Impact Program Launch Issues. To improve customer relationships through resolution of critical program issues and challenges on high impact or critical programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Active participation/lead in High Impact and Near Term Launch LRR events; identify and drive reporting and resolution of issues and risks on high impact programs.
- Facilitate and lead
- specific meetings when held in the plant or have operations focus points. - Lead early stage industrialization workshops on OPS high impact programs prior to equipment acquisition.
- End to end accountability & engagement responsibility of the customer launch representatives in high impact or critical programs – acting as senior level ‘Single Point of Contact’ for Ops and Supply Chain groups.
- Identify and drive reporting and resolution of issues and risks on high impact programs.
- Coach and develop operational teams in forward model protocols and LRR event robustness.
- Report industrialization progress/roadblocks to Ops and Program Leadership team.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Capacity installation plans and follow up.
- Key customers feedback and effectiveness on customer escalations.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Exposure to automotive and electronics industry.
- English language is mandatory.
- Extensive regional travel would be expected from the role.
- Problem solving/program management.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in managing complex and high impact programs.
- Experience working with and leading
- functional teams. - Quality mindset.
