What you will be doing:

1. Executes complex transactions for NFC customers not supported by BPO provider.
2. Provides guidance to BPO provider on issue resolution to facilitate transaction execution.
3. Develops and communicates mitigation plans for issues identified.
4. Provides escalations that need immediate
   -
   - end resolution and feedback to customers and internal stakeholders.
5. Assists in legal case support to ensure ability to minimize penalties and decreased customer experience.
6. Supports sales in escalations where business is at risk.
7. Provides support to sales on any questions that may arise when a customer is activated.
8. Provides input on policy modifications/enhancements.
9. Example Level 4 activities from the existing RACI the Resolution Hub Team would be responsible for include, but are not limited to the following:
10. Provide support in specific areas raised by SHS/BPO on regional/local specific.
11. Enhanced BP support - for handling escalations from BPO/Sales/BP Support customers to resolve STC related issues.

What do you bring with you:

• Background in Finance is advantageous;
• Experience with Excel (Mandatory);
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting. Other desired languages are German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level);
• Ability to pay close attention to detail;
• High degree of customer orientation;
• Good
  - solving and analytical skills;
• Keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone and propose suggestions for improvement;
• Experience working with third party auditors/customer portals (Plus);
• Experience in an international environment or similar (Plus);
