Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Portugal Active, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and property owners, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service before, during, and after stays.

What You’ll Do
- Provide
- level support to guests, owners, and partners through our integrated communication tools. - Ensure a flawless guest experience, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations proactively.
- Track and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely and
- quality resolution. - Coordinate with internal teams (cleaning, maintenance, logistics) to guarantee smooth stays.
- Assist in upselling premium services and exclusive experiences to enhance the guest journey.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback, contributing to continuous service improvements.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns to maintain our luxury hospitality standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in customer support, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong
- solving skills and the ability to handle
- pressure situations with discretion and professionalism. - Ability to
- task and prioritize inquiries efficiently. - Tech-savvy, with experience using
- leading customer support and property management tools. - Fluent in English and Portuguese (French or Spanish is a plus).
- Available to work weekends and holidays, ensuring seamless guest support when required.
