The MIKUTA brand was founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White, starting in 2017 with a small jewellery line, which later expanded to clothing in 2019. MIKUTA is a young, wild &
- inspired fashion brand for modern women with a glimpse of rock’n’roll. MIKUTA is currently one of the

- consumer brands in the fashion market.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal. We are currently working with Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter Collection cycles and soon grow to a product portfolio of more than 150 products.

We just launched our very first Flagship store in Berlin, which will enable us to be closer to our customer base. It is important for us that our community can experience the brand in person before making their purchase decision. This Retail store will be the leading example for future Stores to come.

About The Job

- focused French/English Customer Experience Specialist to our team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and delightful experience with MIKUTA. From assisting with a variety of inquiries to embodying the heart of the MIKUTA brand in every interaction, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable connections with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers through email, social media, Whats
  App, among other channels, assisting with inquiries related to orders, products, and general support.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, fostering trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers through order placements, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience every step of the way.
• Work closely with team members to find solutions and share valuable customer insights that enhance our service and shape future strategies.
• Embody the MIKUTA brand in every interaction, reflecting our values and commitment to providing a premium customer experience.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, updating internal systems as needed to ensure efficiency and consistency.

About You

• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and truly understanding our customers' needs.
• Strong communicator with a talent for sharing information clearly and effectively, always with empathy and a friendly approach.
• Quick thinker who can confidently provide creative and thoughtful solutions to customer challenges.
