ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a dedicated and driven French/English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Guimarães (PT). This role is all about making sure our French/English-speaking customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience when interacting with MIKUTA. You’ll be assisting customers with varied inquiries, all while representing the MIKUTA brand in all its essence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via email, social media, Whats
  App and chat to our French/English-speaking customers. Assist with inquiries related to orders, products, and general customer support.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and building a trusting relationship.
• Help customers with order placements, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide solutions and share customer feedback to improve our service and strategise for the future.
• Represent the MIKUTA brand in all customer interactions, embodying our values and commitment to a
  - quality customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems as needed.

ABOUT YOU

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, always with empathy and friendliness.
• Ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to customer issues.
• Able to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
