Navigating customer concerns in German with empathy and turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty within the tourism context. Meticulously documenting interactions in our system to ensure a smooth customer journey within their tourism experience. Collaborating with
- functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience for German-speaking customers in the tourism sector. Staying abreast of industry trends and product updates within the tourism industry to provide
- edge support in German. We’re seeking a dynamic individual with the following exceptional skills:Native or
- native fluency in German, both verbal and written, capable of crafting clear and engaging interactions related to tourism services. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, as well. A knack for
- solving, with the ability to think on your feet and deliver effective solutions within the tourism field. A genuine passion for customer service, with a dedication to exceeding expectations in the tourism industry. A collaborative spirit, thriving in both team and independent settings. Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support software, with a keen eye for detail. Resilience and composure under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude in
