You are a Polish speaker and a Social Media addict? We are recruiting Customer Delight for Social Media - Polish speaking to Lisbon in Portugal.

Your working day:

• Provide support to small and
  - sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels - chat, email, and phone.
• Support and expand the
  - serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain.
• Provide pre and
  - sales support for all
  - service products.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience.
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner,
  - actively communicate to clients on progress, and identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
• Provide vital product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:

• Fluent in Polish (C2) & good English (C1).
• Great communication skills.
• Aptitude for
  - solving.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Valid work permit in Portugal.

You will benefit:

• Work schedule: Monday to Sunday between 7 am to 12 am // 8 hours per day with 2 days off per week // Rotating shift & days off.
