Job Description:

Are you looking for a new challenge in Lisbon? Are you Native or Fluent in French and English?

Come and join one of the largest international companies in the area of personal, professional and industrial insurance as a Bilingual Customers Claims Advisor (M/F) for Lisbon to work Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts from 8am to 7pm.

MISSION:

• You evaluate and manage customer claims.
• You liaise with insurance companies, clients, and service providers via telephone and email.
• Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers.
• Handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide.
• Regulate health care costs for policyholders and third parties.
• Processing
  - claims and Invoicing.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector is an asset, and in an international environment;
• Fluent in French and English;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Availability to work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday (8h/day between 8am to 7pm).
