What you'll do

• As a Customer Care representative, you’ll assist customer needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages;
• Answer calls from customers related to company services;
• Process
  - up orders;
• Provide shipping information and quotations;
• Track packages and request proof of delivery.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English – minimum B1 level (mandatory);
• Great listening and communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Aptitude for
  - solving;
• Dynamism and team spirit;
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
