Deliver exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot user issues on the platform, providing clear guidance and effective solutions.
Educate users about platform features to help them maximize their website's potential.
Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.

competências
What We're Looking For:
Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency.
Intermediate English (B2) level.
Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles (mandatory).
Tech-savvy with a fast learning curve for software and tools.
Strong
- solving skills and a patient approach when assisting users.
Experience with website builders or content management systems (preferred).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
principais benefícios
What do we have for you?
Base Salary: €1, 100/month.
Complexity Bonus: Up to €180/month.
Meal Allowance: €7. 23 per worked day.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays), 24/7 availability with night shifts.
Days Off: 2 rotational days.
Contract: 6-month renewable contract.
Location: Lisbon
