Your Role:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by:

1. Processing customer orders quickly and accurately
2. Handling customer requests efficiently on a daily basis
3. Answering incoming calls professionally within 5 seconds
4. Monitoring deliveries and coordinating with transport companies in case of service deviations

1. Excellent communication skills and
   - oriented mindset
2. Good level of English (written & spoken)
3. Proficiency in O365 tools (Word & Excel)
4. Strong attention to detail and
   - solving abilities
5. Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism

1. Fixed-term contract with Adecco Recursos Humanos
2. Base salary of €870
3. Meal allowance of €7. 92 per worked day
