Job Overview
Role: Customer Service Representative
Project: Home Appliances
Languages: Italian (C1/native) and English (B2)
Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal
Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)
Training Start Date: 15th January 2025
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00. Sunday and one rotational day off per week.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
What We're Looking For
- Languages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
- Meal Allowance: 7. 23 EUR/day (1, 908. 72 EUR per annum).
- Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month (240 EUR per annum).
- Performance Bonus: 100 EUR/month (1, 200 EUR per annum).
