Your main tasks:

1. Manage requests regarding the use and proper functioning of health devices.
2. Answer phone inquiries, provide support, and resolve customer issues in an empathetic manner.
3. Request and collect updated documentation required by the customer’s payer, and complete the order entry and coordination of product shipment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Excellent command of English.
• Familiarity with technology.

• At least 6 months of technical support/troubleshooting experience.
