If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence.

What you will do in this role

1. Dealing with customers contacting us to cancel due to competitors' deals or receiving an end of contract notification.
2. Receiving inbound calls regarding customer contracts.
3. Communicating with existing customers and internal departments.
4. Answering customer queries and arranging services.
5. Entering and updating customer information in the internal database.
6. Analyzing customer behavior and tailoring services to suit customer needs.
7. Handling customer complaints effectively.
8. Developing retention strategies based on customer feedback.
9. Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
10. Having regular coaching sessions with Team Manager and Quality Coaches.
11. Documenting customer notes and actions taken on each call.
12. Building positive relationships with customers and team leaders.
13. Demonstrating success in surpassing targets and objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Advanced level of French (C1).
• Prior Customer Service Experience (minimum 6 months).
• High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to
  - task & work under pressure.
