Your mission:
- Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
- Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
- Offering information, solutions and advising customers regarding the company's services
- Contributing to a positive customer experience through a responsible treatment of each contact
- Achieving the performance targets defined by the project
Profile:
- Native or fluent in French
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, tourism or travel is a plus
- Availability to work in rotating shifts (schedules depending on the project)
- Good computer skills - knowledge of GDS tools (such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
